I used this product last night as instructed but when I woke I was disappointed to find that the pessary had not dissolved in the slightest and it actually came out whole. I've used this product before and haven't had any issues so I can't understand why this time it didn't dissolve; I can only assume that this one was faulty in some way. I'm guessing I cannot return the product for hygiene reasons and because it is kind of 'used', but I would like some kind of refund or replacement as obviously the treatment has no chance of working because the pessary didn't dissolve. I hope to hear from you regarding this matter.
